1. Service
The Happy Travels (“we”, “us”) provides personal car travel services driven by the owner, Nani, operating a Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire from Repalle, Andhra Pradesh.
2. Booking
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or the booking form on this site. A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge your request and agree on the pickup time, location, destination, and fare.
3. Fares & Payment
Fares are communicated before the trip begins. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer. Tolls, parking, and state-entry taxes (if any) are borne by the customer.
4. Cancellation
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel. There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made at least 4 hours before pickup. Last-minute cancellations may attract a small fee to compensate for the driver’s time.
5. Passenger Conduct
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and damage to the vehicle are not permitted. Customers will be charged for any damage caused during the trip.
6. Liability
We maintain valid vehicle insurance and drive with due care. However, The Happy Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control.
